What if I’m a beginner?
You are in the right place! The Gravity Technique is built for all levels, especially beginners. Carolyn’s guidance is clear and gentle.
What equipment do I need?
Very little! Most sessions can be done with just a yoga mat. Occasionally, common household items like a cushion or chair are used.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can easily cancel your membership at any time directly from your account dashboard. There are no hidden fees.
Are the live classes recorded?
Yes! If you cannot make the Monday live session, the recording is uploaded to the Video Library so you can practice whenever it suits you.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
Is this safe for post-surgery?
Yes. The technique is specifically designed to be safe for compromised tissue. However, always consult your doctor if you are in acute pain.
How do the 1-to-1 sessions work?
